We are excited to announce the launch of our new customer booking system.
Developed by a logistics Company, Smart LM is helping us to streamline our business and maximize our customer service.
At Chadkirk Transport, we’re always looking to improve the way we work by investing in the latest technology and make our systems more efficient and flexible.
Smart LM has many advantages to both us as a Company and our customers, most importantly the time it saves both parties through it’s quick booking system.
Customers can create their own login and receive a range of benefits, including:
- Booking confirmations – leaving them with peace of mind that the job is in our diary
- Repeat bookings – meaning it can can take seconds to book a job in
- Live tracking and mapping – ensuring the most effective route is taken through its integration with Google’s mapping system
- Reliable estimated time of arrivals pulled straight from our vehicles due to its integration with our TomTom WebFleet system
- Real time proof of deliveries – uploaded immediately after the job is completed
- Notifications – allowing customers to personalise what information they want to receive and when e.g. when our driver is 1 mile from delivery
- Automated intelligent address lookup if the full address is unknown
- Multi pickup/drop off bookings for any slightly more complicated deliveries
The system is also benefitting us as a business through its driver mobile app, automatic invoicing and its vehicle monitoring alerts including services, MOTs and insurance.
